I am still being prompted to purchase a subscription in order to send out 1500 emails a day. I paid for that subscription 2 weeks ago and have done every troubleshooting step possible minus completely wiping my laptop and I still get the prompt. I ran the quota script and was shown that I have a 1500 quota, but the add-on won't reflect it. I've sent THREE emails over the last 2 weeks to their support team and have gotten no response. They were certainly quick to withdraw that money but can't seem to provide the service that was paid for.
I will be getting a refund and will be going with another service.
