With YAMM team plans, you can now Manage your users from the Billing page in your dashboard. For example, if you have a Team plan limited to 5 users, you can invite up to 5 users from your dashboard that are under the same domain name.

Bug fix
On rare occasions, YAMM might show errors, such as "Service spreadsheets failed" or "Document … is missing", which are caused by random service unavailability. We have updated the retry mechanisms in YAMM to make sure that you do not encounter such issues in the future.

Bug fix
When importing personalized attachments with the feature Import from Drive folder and one or more of the files was a shortcut to another file, YAMM was not processing shortcuts properly. This resulted in the files to shortcuts not being sent. This issue is now resolved.

As the company behind YAMM, Form Publisher, Awesome Table, and Invoice to Sheet, Talarian is now also featured in the YAMM website.
Bug fix
We fixed an issue where the Schedule mail merge option was not running under specific circumstances.
YAMM was duplicating recipients' email addresses in your Google sheet which resulted in the same email being sent 2 or 3 times to the same recipient. This issue happened in very rare cases due to prolonged faulty connection between users and Gmail / YAMM services.

Bug fix
The counter displaying the amount of emails sent the last 30 days in the YAMM dashboard would reset to 0 every time you sent a mail merge. This issue is now resolved and the counter updates correctly.

The new version of YAMM for Google Sheets add-on comes with a number of user interface and user experience improvements.

For clients who paid via PayPal, the link to cancel the auto-renewal of your YAMM subscription is now a visible button in the add-on window.

When you send a mail merge with attachments and your recipients quota with attachments is exceeded, the error message now indicates why the mail merge is not being sent.

The notification for scheduled mail merges now shows that emails might be sent up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time, instead of 1 hour.

- We are happy to announce that we have migrated YAMM to V8 - the new high-performance Google Apps Script engine. This migration was a big refactoring task given our scale and paves the way towards better and future-proof performance, as well as new features.
Improvement
- To display the recipient’s email address in the email, users can now add a marker with the title of the column containing the email addresses. Users can also continue using the {{email address}} marker, which always matches the column containing the email addresses, regardless of what the actual column title is.

- We fixed a rare bug that would prevent tracking of the mail merge status in some cases.

- YAMM Gmail add-on experienced an outage during several hours this week due to unforeseen changes in the Google infrastructure. We have released a hotfix and the Gmail add-on is now accessible. YAMM Sheets Add-on, including campaign tracking and scheduled merges, were not affected.

- YAMM Sheets Add-on now correctly detects the Attachment column when a user has German as a default language for Google products.

- The YAMM website was updated and you can now check our corporate and legal information in the new Impressum page.
Bug fix
- We resolved a very rare issue with links not working in Google Form submission notifications in the cases when YAMM was installed from the Marketplace and form notifications were set up right after installation.

- We have updated YAMM prices for new USD subscriptions to Personal and Professional individual plans. The new prices are:

Improvements
- We have improved error handling for scheduled merges so that users can easily understand the issue and the next steps required. For example, YAMM now notifies when a Google Sheet or an email draft was deleted before the scheduled merge runs.
- We have improved the logic to calculate the remaining quota.
Users can now enjoy a refreshed design of the header and footer of the YAMM website and YAMM Support page.
Bug fix
When importing from Google Contacts, the Company column is now properly populated.

- YAMM users now can import their Google Contacts from additional default contact groups, specifically: All contacts, Blocked, Starred and Chat.

- At YAMM, we are fully committed to data protection and we are very happy to announce that YAMM is now officially certified under The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The certification ensures that YAMM follows proper practices with regards to collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of personal information from children and of student data.

Bug fix
- We resolved the issue with full- and half-width Asian characters. In some cases, these characters were not correctly detected in Gmail labels causing error messages when sending a mail merge.

- All bounced emails are now correctly detected when you send particularly large mail merges (for example, with over 100 recipients).
- We resolved the issue which in some rare cases prevented links with special characters (like accented characters or Chinese ideograms) to work in Gmail drafts.

- For the careful organizers out there who want to keep all Gmail drafts from previous mail merges: YAMM now lists up to 75 Gmail drafts in the Email Template drop-down.
Bug fix
We resolved the error which appeared when you attempted to send a new mail merge with a subject that differs only by several characters from the subject of a previous mail merge.

YAMM dashboard
- The details under Your current plans now include information about:
- whether you purchased via PayPal or Stripe
- date of renewal for plans with active auto-renewal
- date of subscription end for active plans with cancelled auto-renewal
- subscriber email address now appears under the plan name
- If you have an expiring YAMM plan which you purchased via PayPal, we have now enabled the option to renew or upgrade your plan via Stripe. For more information, see Upgrade a PayPal purchased plan via Stripe.

We resolved the issue which prevented users with expiring YAMM plans purchased via PayPal to now purchase via the billing service Stripe.

Improvement
Waiting for up to 1 hour after the scheduled hour for your mail merge is not the best. With our recent improvements, mail merges now take only up to 30 minutes to be sent after the specified time configured for your scheduled mail merge.
Bug fix
We fixed an issue that was preventing YAMM from using the timezone configured in your Google sheet. Moreover, we added the timezone information in the tooltip under the Merge Status column.

Billing in YAMM just received a significant update!
- The new Billing page makes it easier to purchase and upgrade subscription plans. Just click your account menu in the YAMM web app and select Billing.
- From the Billing page, you can access your billing information on Stripe and check your subscription status, review payment history, download your bills, cancel or restart automatic renewal, and update your payment information. If you paid via PayPal, you can review your YAMM subscription status and payment information from your PayPal account. For more information, see Manage your subscription plan (paid via PayPal).
- Purchasing a YAMM subscription plan now requires that you have a YAMM account and are authenticated.

- Did you forget to add recipients in the To list in your form submission notifications draft? Not to worry. We are now gently reminding you about that with a warning message.
- In addition, if you receive a form submission and your draft notification has no recipients in the To list, YAMM will send the response to the user who configured the form.
