Your YAMM plan is automatically renewed every year. The plan renewal fails if the payment provider cannot charge the debit or credit card you used for your last payment. This is typically due to expired or inactive cards.
If your next renewal payment fails, the payment provider will send you an email.
After you receive the email, we provide an extended plan access to YAMM for up to 5 days. If you do not renew before the 5 days expire, your YAMM plan will be suspended.
To renew your plan, check your payment information and update it.
