Read this article to know which user data we store within Yet Another Mail Merge, how we store your information and what we are doing with it.
How do we store your data?
We are using Firebase, a real-time database from Google.
All your data is directly handled by Google and we don't store any information on another database.
Do we transfer your data to third-parties?
Which user data do we store?
1. User profile
We only store your email address and basic information on your YAMM usage, such as:
- The installation date
- The number of emails sent
- The purchase date
- The spreadsheet ID
If you want us to delete this information, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you uninstall YAMM from your account, we will not keep your email address.
2. Unsubscribes and bounces
About your banking data
We are using PayPal to manage all your payments.
When you purchase a YAMM license, PayPal only provides us with your customer email address (linked to your PayPal account).
But we have no information on your postal address, and PayPal does not give us any information on bank and credit card either, not even the last 4 digits.
The automatic renewal of your license is also 100% handled by PayPal. Our licenses are billed annually, and we are not able to bill you before the renewal date. If you want to cancel your recurring payment, you can do that from your PayPal account, or send us an email.
However, we reserve the right to increase our pricing year over year, which is limited to +20% by PayPal for automatic renewals.
