Why is your quota lower than expected?

    We paid for a subscription plan but we're still being allocated a 50-a-day quota. Feeling cheated and the lack of support (which is promised in a paid plan) is unhelpful.

    I agree with Daniel. Paid for plan, quota didn't reset and it doesn't recognized that I am a subscriber. If I knew your purchase integration and support was so terrible, I would have used another product.

    I'm supposed to be able to send 1,500 email a day. Why that is not happening? I've got some mails only shedule.

    Please DO NOT share a standard reply with me and worsen this experience.

    I recently purchased your paid plan on my gsuite account to send more emails and I am quite satisfied with the 400 emails per day plan (which I have subscribed in two other email addresses) but for some reason, this being the GSuite ID, I wasn't given the option for a $20 py plan.
     
    Notwithstanding, the $40 plan doesn't allow me to send 1500 emails per day (as nicely explained in your FAQs and support page) so why do you charge me the $40 from day one?
     
    Provide the plan with restrictions for new guite users at $20 only and give them the option to upgrade from Free to $20 to $40 plan.
     
    This clearly feels like no thought was given to the pricing, even after you very well know about the restrictions put in by GSuite.
     
    Cheating indeed!
