Sometimes your quota for Yet Another Mail Merge doesn't reset daily and you can send less than what was planned. You'll find answers in this article.
Why can't I use all the quota I'm allowed?
The allotted daily quota depends on the plan you choose (free or paid plan). In some specific cases, you won't be able to use all your quota.
Here's the most common reasons (list not exhaustive) that explain this issue:
|Common reasons||Explanations||To know more...|
|Adding cc/bcc recipients||If you have multiple recipients per email, including people added as cc / bcc, all the emails will be counted against your quota.||E.g.: If you have 10 emails left and you send your email campaign to 3 recipients and add 2 persons in cc, you will have only 1 email left. To make this clear, this link could help you for a better understanding.|
|Personalized attachments||If you are including personalized attachments, your quota will be lower due to restrictions from Google side.||Check the following article for more details: 'Add personalized attachments to your emails'.|
|Using other applications||Your quota is shared among all the other add-ons / scripts. Be sure not to use any other applications to send emails, attachments or reminders while using YAMM, as they will impact your YAMM quota.||Most other mail merge tools used with your same Google account will conflict with YAMM quota.|
|Multiple accounts logged on the same browser||If you are logged with multiple Google accounts (G Suite or Gmail) in the same web browser, you will have to disconnect from other accounts before running your YAMM campaign again.||E.g.: If you have both a G Suite and Gmail account, and want to send emails from your G Suite account, be sure to sign out from your Gmail account to avoid duplicates and interference.|
|Activating POP/IMAP||You have linked a POP or IMAP client (e.g.: Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail) with your Gmail account. You may only send a message to 100 people at a time. You can disable the POP/IMAP protocol directly on your Gmail settings.||Why there is a link between IMAP/POP and the quota? The IMAP or POP servers are mail polling protocols: You have to disable them on your account ; their access to different interfaces may indeed affect your daily quota.|
|Scheduling functionalities||If you use our scheduling options (schedule batch delivery to send later / automatically send remaining emails), you don't have will be counted against your quota too.||These features are available for paid users only.|
|Google reduced my quota/My campaign stopped||You want to send emails, you think you still have some quota but your campaign stopped.||Check the following article for more details : Google reduced my quota / my campaign stopped|
