    I bought the yearly subscription worth $20 for my gmail account but still haven't got any confirmation email and still haven't received my additional quota and benefits.

    I have been continuously mailing the support team and still haven't got any reply.

    What should I do?

    Hi - I have emailed 3 times, and had no response at all....I have also paid twice thinking it was an error on my part. When will you respond to my emails??? I am a very frustrated YAMM customer as you are happy to take payment quick and don't inform us about alias emails etc and then are super slow on responding on email support!

    I purchased a premium plan with all the correct steps, using the right email at the payment page and still cannot send more than 50 emails.

     

    Please update this within 48 hours or I'll be rescinding my payment, thank you and have a great day.

    J'ai payé le jeudi 22 janvier 20 $ pour envoyer 400 courriels, et aujourd'hui je suis toujours limité à 50! Quand sera-t-il opérationnel?

    Je joins ci-dessous la facture paypal que j'ai payée pour le compte suivant: intranet.beatitudes@gmail.com

    Cependant, mon compte paypal a cette adresse e-mail: hervepichon@orange.fr. C'est peut-être pour ça que ça ne marche pas?

    Le compte intranet.beatitudes@gmail.com doit donc bénéficier du forfait payant.

    I bought $40 plan and it's been 5 to 6 Hrs no one from support team had replied nor my account's quota has been increased.

    Need to send emails ASAP, please have someone get back to me !
