    On Dec 23th we bought an upgrade to Enterprise category with 10 users with 1500 quota each, but still cannot get the upgraded quota for the 9 remaining users.

    We have already sent 4 emails to support@yet-another-mail-merge.com but nobody is answering.

    Please contact us ASAP, we are in the middle of a research and we have 85000 emails waiting to be sent...

    So poor support service. Nobody is replying to my email. I purchased a 1500 email daily pack from YAMM. Now I only able to send 400. Then I purchased google server G Suite & reply to YAMM for domain transfer. Still, I am not getting any reply from YAMM. I don't know what to do now.  No good result.

    On 21 st of January I bought a yearly subscription for my G suite account marius.rutkus@3darchvisual.com for 1500 email/day quota.
    Unfortunately, I am still able to send 400 emails per day only.
    My G suite account is not new, I successfully used your services last year and was able to send 1500 emails per day.
     
    I aldready sent an email at  support@yet-another-mail-merge.com 
    but nobody is replying. I feel dissapointed with the quality of service.
     
    I kindly ask to fix the issue for my account so I would be able to send 1500 emails while using YAMM.

    In our last comment YAMM Team transfer my licence to this mail id reese@web-reputation-hawk.com.

    Now I have a google hosted server and G Suite, but still, it is limited 400 mail per day.

    As you mentioned in last mail  "a team member will look into it within an hour.".

    Still, no one replying. So what is the next step?

    Your G-Suite account seems to be restricted to 500 emails a day by Google. This restriction is in place for trial accounts, as explained in Google documentation.

    You can find more information about G-Suite trial period in YAMM documentation.

    If you think you are not on trial period anymore please let me know.

    When I purchased your 1500 recipients emailed per 24hrs pack. There was not written "creat 10 users and pay more to Google". And G Suite automatically charging from my card for email id.

    I don't know what type of service you are providing. This not good business. And your service is worthless.

    Its not good really. Its kind of cheating.  I bought the 1,500 emails plan BUT I'm limited to 400 .
    Even I I bought "YAMM" after finish with free trial period of 2 weeks Gsuite account.

    Hi Marius Rutkus and Deborah Bates,

    Please know, that YAMM simply works on the quota provided by Google account.

    Let me put it this way:
    You have a mailbox, that ends up with gmail.com (namesurname@gmail.com). By Google's policy, this is considered as a personal email, which makes sense. Personal emails (gmail.com) can only send 500 emails per day (24 hours). What YAMM team did since its existence is to make sure that YAMM can only use 400 emails out of 500 available for the account to make sure that you can still send any other emails you might need to send manually (family, friends etc).

    When you have G Suite account, your daily email quota is bigger as it is a business account and it goes up to 2000 emails a day (24 hours). Same as with gmail.com - those rules were put in place by Google. What YAMM team did is made sure that you can use 1500 emails per day (24 hours) out of those 2000 with help of YAMM. Meaning, that you still have 500 emails to send manually from your mailbox (to your colleagues, friends, family etc etc).

    Now, with that being said, YAMM only programmed to recognise two types of accounts - gmail.com or G Suite.
    Google tells YAMM that this account can only send 500 emails per day => YAMM replies "Ok, we will only use 400 out of this 500".
    Google tells YAMM that his account can only send 2000 emails per day => alternatively, YAMM replies "ok, we will only use 1500".

    As you can see from the above, YAMM is not a decision maker how much emails you send - Google is.
    In case you have  G Suite account and still limited to 400 emails per day, it means Google haven't upgraded your account to 2000 per day emails. You can check this by: 1) try to send manually 1500 emails (which is tedious task to do) or get in touch with Google G Suite support team. I would chose the latter.

    My email account marius.rutkus@3Darchvisual.com does not end up with gmail.com and is a regular G Suite account which has 2000 emails/day limit.

    I sucessfully used your services last year and was able to send 1500 emails/day using YAMM for the same email account.

    This year I bought your services again but did not receive the promised 1500 emails/day quota and am still limited to 400.

    Please finaly help to solve this issue.

    At the moment I am very dissapointed with the quality of service.
