I have referred a friend, but still didn't get more quota

    I've referred two mail addresses yesterday, yet the quota hasn't been updated. The emails are ambersy819@gmail.com and t36@dgs.edu.hk.

    I am pretty sure I have login the right account (since I have only signed in mine) but still, the referral link did not work.

    It is not a good way to do the promotion when everyone (both the referrer and referees) follow all the steps but the extra quota does not exist.

    He's right. Referral program is not working anymore. I have the same problem today with my friends and colleagues.

    Why, when I follow all of the directions for the referral program...and my referred person does everything right, and installs the add-on through the link in the email...and no aliases are used...and everything is done right.

    Why does the extra quota not show up? Why is this not immediate? If I knew it was going to not be immediate, I would just wait 24 hours for another 50 people to email and not bother people with my referrals!

    I will email support@yet-another-mail-merge.com with the details...but I shouldn't have to.
