    Hi Alvaro,

Thank you! For the moment, this feature is only available in English. We'll see how we can improve the confirmation message so that it better fits your needs.

Request: The unsubscribe link should still work without link tracking enabled.

The tracking URLs that YAMM replaces the original links with could discourage some people from clicking through (if they hover and review before the click), as they are wary of security threats. The original links will appear shorter and less concerning.

Since tracking must be enabled to get the unsubscribe link to work, this forces the replacement of all the other links in the email.

These two distinct functions should be separated.

YAMM should automatically replace the unsubscribe link if it's detected without requiring tracking to be turned on.

    Good afternoon

Is there a new unsubscribe link? When I test the one above in my emails it is sending people to my yamm account where I can see all of the unsubscribed members.

    Please advise.

    Thank you

    Lorraine

    Hi Lorraine,

The unsubscribe link is the one stated in the help doc: https://app.yamm.com/unsubscribe.

This will work only when you click it from a mail merge. Otherwise YAMM doesn't have a list to unsubscribe you from, so you'll be redirected.

Feel free to reach out to us by by heading at the bottom of our website, click on contact us and submit a request there.

    Regards,

    Omiros - YAMM support team
