Downgrade paid users to free to restrict their access to Pro features at the end of the current billing cycle. 

The downgraded users will remain as paid until the end of the current billing cycle.

Prerequisite: Your role in the space allows you to manage users.

1. Sign in to your YAMM dashboard.
2. Under Space settings, select the space in which to downgrade users, then select Users.
   
3. Select the users to be downgraded.
4. Select Free user and choose the role you want to assign the selected users.
   
5. Click Save and Confirm changes.
   

Your subscription is updated. The selected users are now scheduled for a downgrade to free at the end of the billing cycle. On the Users page, an information icon next to each user’s Type indicates those scheduled for downgrade.

At the next billing cycle, if downgrading users result in reaching the 5 free users limit, you'll need to remove unused free users from your space.
