sending emails slow is actually natural behaviour and a lot better than 400 in 10 minutes. usually this encounters blocks. why not having a throttle feature for 50 emails per hour ?

What I do for this is create a BatchNumber column in my sheet where I group sets of 10 or 20 rows as 1, 2, 3 and filter to the batch number so that only that amount is sent out at a time.

Then I set a calendar reminder for X hours later to send BatchNumber 2.

Even though my account has the capacity to send 400/24hrs, how can I limit it to a smaller number? My campaign has gone into the overlimit issue and now everyday it is only sending a handful.

Also, it would be mighty useful if status of the emails not sent due to limit issue is mentioned as Sending Overlimit, rather than a generic 'Bounce'. I can't even filter the list to create a new campaign for that.

Also, using Outbound Olga's idea of creating batches, can I schedule all the batches so that I dont have to manually trigger each batch?

    Hi, Raza Jaffri - BaltoroTech,

Concerning your issue, have a look at the following article "https://support.yet-another-mail-merge.com/hc/en-us/articles/211869705" about Scheduling batch delibery, it also teaches how to leave quota for your campaign !

Do not hesitate to leave us a comment if you encounter any other issues !

    Thanks
